ORDERS & REFUNDS

Are your cases durable?
Our cases are covered from top to bottom and crafted with Thick Polyurethane that can protect your phone for scratches and minor drops. Additionally, there is a raised camera bump for extra protection for your camera lenses.
 
What are your policies regarding return and exchanges?
We have no return and exchange policy unless we sent you the wrong product. 

What if I want to change my order or shipping address?

If you wish to change your order/design/shipping address, kindly send us your Order ID on Instagram @lessthan3cases within 2 hours after placing your order. 

 

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

What payment methods do you accept?

 What are your policies for refund?

We only provide refund when we sent the wrong item. Kindly notify us IMMIDIATELY within 3 days of receiving the package, and please include your Order ID and the photo of the item on our Instagram @lessthan3cases.

SHIPPING

How long 'til I receive my order?

The processing and packing time for your order can take up to 1-3 days. Shipping duration are still depending on the courier. 

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers will take between 24-48 hours upon shipment. If you wish to know the status of your order kindly message us your Order ID on Instagram @lessthan3cases 

What will happen if I choose Same-Day Delivery?

Processing time for Same-Day Delivery is 3-4 Hours, and don't forget to send your Order ID on our Instagram @lessthan3cases

CUT OFF time for Same-Day Delivery is 15:00 (3:00PM)
